Except if (in line with training they received back in the day when the Soviet Union was around) they got rid of the actual weapons, hardware, etc. and kept the blueprints, formulae, etc. used to make them.

One can assert that finding hidden documents would be as difficult as finding a hidden person...

The only problem I see in your comment is that the NWN uses SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer) which can output to OSS, ESD, or ARTS -- usually without having to specify which. In fact, I'm running the NWN client now using KDE/ARTS.

Your post brings to mind a book I've been reading, "The Jesus I never Knew" by Phillip Yancy...

He points out the irony that many Christians would react to real Jesus much like that man reacted to you, and much like Jesus's own contempories treated Him.

But, anyway, my personal theory on the matter is that too many Christians filter the religion trough their own prejudices. This, of course, would have make them targets of Christ's often scathing rebukes had they lived in His time.

It is. I just remember having a problem with 7.0 on the screen where one selects individual packages. The way 7.0 handled things, It was not immediately obvious that I had selected/deselected a package properly.

It appears that they've listened to at least some of the feedback and have really improved their installer. (Especially in the area of package selection.)

I wonder if this was one of the many reasons that the shuttle flew that mapping mission recently--to generate maps detailed enough for this to work.

(Of course, as a Civil Engineer, I would love to get my hands on that mapping data myself. :-)

I may be wrong, but I believe you may be refering to the MacMillian 6.5 relase, which uses Linux-Mandrake.

This version uses the 6.0 (6.1?) release of Linux-Mandrake. MacMillian just refers to it as 6.5 for some reason unknown to me.
