    Its not the lack of respec that is Path of Exiles problem: Its the lack of any tools to map your path inside the game. The website sure is nice, for mapping out skills (http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/), but you can not use "shortest path" or "search" in the client sadly. And that is a large problem.

    You are right. Being a bitch, once takes up to a level, is worse. Bullying once taken to a high level by buys, also include being a bitch. Girls usually skip that step, but not everybody takes it up to the level where they cripple people.

    I guess it depends on game design. Force stance to stance, where there is.... 5-6 stances, and each can go into each, and the attack varies depending on which transition it is.
    Or other more clever solutions.

    Depends on if you want 1 on 1 tracking, or 1 on 1 movement.
    1 on 1 tracking means you have a problem if you have a sword game, and you hit something: You either need for the character to get a cooldown why moving the object to the correct position, or find a clever solution.
    1 on 1 movement is more simple. Slashing or stabbing in all directions just works.

    This looks a bit like Chile. First infiltration. Then parties start abusing the laws and ignoring the social norms that usually restrain them. They will arrest and slowly suspend the other parties candidates from participating, until they get house control. But it all ended in a military coup for some reason.

    We Norwegians claims the same about when NSB got turned into a private company, as did the railroad company as a separate entity. At the least the worst has clogged up around the capital, instead of around the countryside.

    You take control over the region. See if you can spare military personal to just uphold the law, see if there is anything that can be done on short term to remove supply bottlenecks for the civilians, and in long term do something that is very positive for the country you take over.
    Sun Tzu would most likely already have discussed it with a general or some stationary military troops back in the day: So they took over a region, replaced a few figureheads, and got some troops stationed to be able to hold back a uprising, and the supply chain needed to get even more troops there if needed. How did they stop the locals from uprising in a long term? By removing their reason to having a uprising in the first place.

    I still wonder what effect it would have, to change law from "Assuming granted patents are valid" to "Assuming granted patents may be invalid". I mean, it will not solve that many problems, but it could solve the problems of patent trolls being granted legitimate force just from having the patent granted.

    If she asked for help, did not get it, and it is unbearable to bear the bullying, would she have gone to another conclusions? The alternatives are killing herself, killing other people, getting help, or crying until everything and getting drugs to care the following depression.

    I guess its because on Windows/Linux you see that there is driver bugs on each version of the driver, so all Apple really needs to do is to create testsuit, not tell there is a testsuit, and then test the driver. If it has bugs that is found, do not approve the driver. If there is a update, but there is no real improvement, do not update the driver, etc.
    Seeing the insane bugs that pile up and that is version specific, at some point it makes too much sense, especially since drivers are maintained.
