at the time of the crash?
It does not matter were Bush was and for what reason. I simply said that the list of 19 announced by the FBI does not match with FACTS.
I am losing more and more respect for Americans as time goes. Are they realy that easily brain washed by their media? well, stupid question. Seems they very much are (most of them anyway based on what I read from the "enlightened" slashdot community)..
It is amazing how people are talking about how to storm Afghanstan. No one even mentions the facts that Bin Laden and his group are SUSPECTS. There has been no single evidence that they have commited that horrendous act.. and yet every one forgots that as they talk about how to wage a war. They have forgotten "why". They are forgotting now "is it the right target?"
I am not going into some long rhetoric. Just read the facts below.. and tell me why no one made an issue of them yet?
Of the 19 people listed bhy FBI as those responsible for the hijacking, some are alife. They were not even in the US.. yet we still hear about this list and no one makes an issue. Read below..

* Amir Bukhary: He died more than a year ago!
* Abdulaziz Al Omari: He is alive and was not even in the US at the time of the bombing.
* Saeed Al Ghamdi: He was in Tunisia at the time of the incident. Sorry, the link I have is in Arabic.
* Ziad Jarrah: This is a playboy. Furthest thing from a Muslim, let alone a fundamentalist. and might have been just a passenger.
* This is not offically confirmed yet, but Abdullah Al Shahri's father said that his son is alife and was not in the US (according to AFP news.)
* In the media reports, several of the guys in that list of 19 were reportedly seen drunk in public pubs a few days prior to the hijacking. Is this the behaviour of a respectable Muslim.. let alone one who supposedly wants to "martyr" himself!!
It seems most of these guys were just victims who happened to be Arabs. The FBI jumped on this chance to point the blame at Bin Laden and his group. Either because they could not find the actual people behind this crime or because they did find them but thought that this was a golden chance to get Bin Laden once and for all while the world stands behind them.
What is more, read this news item regarding a taped phone conversation between a flight attendant one board on of the planes that hit WTC and a colleague. particularly, pay attention to what she said in regards to that the seat numbers for the actual hijackers do not match with the seat number of the suspected hijackers.
Why is everybody still convinced that it was Arabs/Muslims who hijacked the planes. Why does the US government want to invade Afghanstan despite this very shady allegation and the very reasonable request by the Afghans that they be shown a proof that Bin Laden was responsible?
Something very fishy is being cooked. The Afghans, and probably even Bin Laden seem to be victims here as much as those people who died in the WTC and the other tragedies.
The ability of the American populace to find the actual truth and to find (and revenge against) the acual perpetuators of this crime are dying out with the media propaganda being waged now. Guys, do you want to kil innocent people and send your countrymen to Afghanstan to probably die trying to kill those innocent people?
You claim you have freedom of speech. I respect that, yet, with the media machine running full speed and glossing over the facts in favor of the "official line". Can't you stop for a moment (at least in respect for those who died in the tragedies) and ask: Are you revenging against the right people?
One more thing. I read unconfirmed reports that more than 4000 Israelis/Jews who work in the WTC did not report to work at the day of the attack. Can any one confirm?

I lived in the US for 5 years, after all.. but most Amercians I have met were very ignorant when it comes to global politics. (by the way, Afghan women wear veils since a long time ago, they did not suddenly start to wear it once Taliban came to power).

How did they select those names? Apparently, they just went through the passenger list looking for Arabic-sounding names.
During the next days, FOUR, yes, FOUR people in this list of 19 proved to be alife and kicking. In fact, they have not even been in the US:

As for the Taliban. I am Muslim, yet I do not know the Taliban very well. I read the news reports you all have read about them mistreating women and all that. Yet I do not belive it, not becuase it does not happen in a country like Afghanistan that is torn afetr many years of war, but because such things happen there and around the world because some people mistreat their women for whatever reason. It has happened. It is still happening and it will continue to happen. It happens in a small scale, not on a large scale as the media wants us to believe. Those who mistreat their women (or do any other immoral act)are condemned by Islam. They are representing their culture or themselves. They do not represent Islam.
Yet, in the heat of the moment, you, or most of you, seem to have lost reason. You are condemning a nation of a billion human beings just because a terrorist attack happened on your soil. Heck, it is not even proven that those who did this were Muslims. The 19 list proves it.. and proves beyond doubt that someone is trying very hard to turn global opinions against Muslims. This some one is the real culprit, sirs and ladies. I do not care if they are Jews, Christians, Athiests, Muslims, or something else. These people are ruthless murderers and must be stoppet at all costs. What they did to the WTC was horrendous and unimaginable.
Yet, when, and if, they are caught, punish ONLY them and their soldiers.
Consdier: If they are found to be Muslims, you will punish the whole islamic population for the sins of those murderers. Yet, ask yourself: What if the real perpetuators were found to be Israelis (they are the ones who benefit the most from this, you know), or one of those US White supremacy groups.. are you going to blame all Jews and all christians as well?

Since this requires registration, I tried to register. Guess what? I think they are preventing people from M/E domains from voicing their opinions. Seems those who are planning the media brain-wash know that when sane people post sane opinions other sane people (who have different skin color) will read and think.
Now that you have the internet and can directly communicate and get the opinions of people you are trying to attack, I hope you will not fall in the same trap. There are millions of lives at risk here. Contact you representatives please, and ask them at least to prove that Bin Laden and his people did it. Am I asking too much in return for the lives of millions, including probably some one close to you who will be sent to Afghanistan and God knows where else while the actual culprits who did this to you are dying laughing with glee?
I read reports today and yesterday saying that Israelis and/or jews did not report to work at WTC the day of the bombing due to a warining from the Israeli government. Can any one please confirm?
The same reports also say that 5 Israelis were caught by NY police after being seen taking pictures, laughing and celebrating the bombing hours after it happened. One of them was reported to be a Mossad agent. Again. Any confirmation?
I wish I can post a link, but I read this in several Arabic newspapera that attributed the news to a Lebanese TV who in turn attributes it to members of the Israeli government. That is why I am asking for a confirmation here. I tried to post the above on CNN but it would not allow me to register and post. Seems they are banning M/E domains from joining the discussions.
I am very doubtful that news such as the above will make it to the mainstream American TV.. at the same time that any glimmer of rumor on Muslims is instantly published (remember that they clamied as a hijacker guy who died one year ago!)
The local newspapers here (UAE) today reported about the students in Palistinwe having a "5 minutes of silence" standing to show their solace for the Americans. It was reported that more than one million Palistinian participated in this.
In fact, it was reported as well that Palistinians donated blood to the US, donators included Yassir Arafat.
Thus, regardless of the footaeg being true or false, the general Palistinian populace feels repulsed by such acts of thoughtless massacre.. as they should, considering how they have been treated and massacred for tens of years.
I am muslim. I am not aware of these verses in Quran.
By the way, my condolences for the Americans on this horrendous act. The perpetuators must be brough before justice, and hopefully soon.. but please, do not just blame my people before there are solid fact.. and even them, blame only those who did this act. Islam is solidly against such acts.

just for internet and media companies.
I am not related to the city in any way, other than living in Dubai.. but I think it would be great if this TLD was awarded to Dubai
Internet City, as they are trying to be an e-commerce physical and cyber hub for the region between Malaysia and Africa (~1.2
Billion pop).
