    As a matter of fact, the FAFSA and University grants were both in excess of my tuition and books costs by about $1,500 every semester,

    What are these "university grants" of which you speak?

    (Disclaimer - I was paid to go to university in 1977-1980, UK, but I was under the impression that this system no longer exists).

    Reading up on it it seems that "FAFSA" is very like the system that used to exist in the UK when I was in education.

    Now I'm confused.

    Take the A701 road south from Danané (Côte d'Ivoire).

    Google doesn't show the town of Zouan Hounien. Many smaller places are shown.

    Odd given that it's a prefecture.

    In fact it looks like Google has lost track of many towns in the area, often administratively important ones.

    They all show up in OpenStreetMap.

    Yup, if you run 10,000 sets of random data though his code, then pick the 100 results that look most like a hockey stick (turned either way up!) you find that those 100 results look like hockey sticks.
