Copyright is a right of a citizen, not a corporation. The legal definition of "legal entity", not withstanding, corporations should NEVER have rights of a citizen, because that diminishes the natural rights of people.

The problem is, that a Corporation has usurped rights of the people, and applied them to themselves, and are sponsoring laws to revoke those rights completely from the people.

The ONLY recourse we have is to revoke Copyright charter completely, as it no longer serves the will of the people.

From my perspective, the whole idea of what is a right and what leads one to Liberty from slavery is key to understanding the roll of governance. Everything flows from that understanding. Government "taking", from Taxes, to Eminent Domain to even some of the new "rights" are "taking". The point is, that when Government can give you everything you want it can take everything you have. Corporations are not "persons" nor should they have ever been given that status. Troops are not allowed to shoot OR capture them, because they don't have POSITIVE PROOF that those "farmers" were the insurgents (or whatever they are called this week).
