I think I can safely vouch for all BMWs, Infinitis, Lexuses and Acuras to have what you call a "valet" mode. I could lock the trunk latches and the glove compartment (where the latch release is) with a key, keep it and give only the fob to the valet in 2006 and 2009 BMW, 2008 and 2009 Infiniti and 2010 Acura. Any car over 25k built after 2008 might have this.
