India and Indian people contribute a lot to the world. I think that especially the US should be thankful to them. I think even though india may be a poorer nation, they are still a very important nation, and this will help spread that knowledge
I agree! Konqueror is awesome. Check out http://www.konqueror.org. It is in beta, so its a little buggy. It does Java, AND it detects your netscape plugins and can use them as well (this feature doesnt work that well at this point). Also, Konqueror is the KDE2 file manager/universal viewer. I think everyone should watch out for it. KDE has great things planned for us.
Remember boys and girls...its all open source. So, Mandrake cant be a rip-off. I love Mandrake because its an improved Redhat. It is the best Linux out there. I think people at Mandrake actually USE their own OS, hence the cool improvements. I would upgrade to 7.1 from mdk 7.0 just for DrakFont, so Linux fonts can look great:) If u dont want to use mandrake, dont..but you're missing out.
Netscape Navigator 4.08 for windows under wine runs very well. Even does Flash and SSL:) But has some problems with Java. u may need to run as root to get some stuff working.
Hmm..i am not so sure...perhaps it is too late to enter the OS battle. Do we really need another OS? The people who made the new AtheOS seem to think so.
