So, you, bright kid, are not even able to recognize the inconsistency of your own speech??? Let me help you: 1.Is the system perfect? Clearly not, and Google recognizes that and is constantly looking for ways to improve it......In any language (even computer one), this sentence is saying the the system is not perfect. Translated, it happens that Google hires stupid kids. Translated, the amount of hired stupid kids is big enough to be recognized as a problem, and to force them to improve the system. 2.my experience as a Google employee is that there are very, very few bad hires.......So, you are saying that there are very very very few bad hires, which translated means that the system is working pretty well, so there is no need to repair it..... So, let me ask you as developer to developer: Is the system not perfect? (TRUE=1, FALSE=2). In any case (TRUE or FALSE), why do you insist that both of them are TRUE? Do you happen to implement some 3rd logical state, existing only in your mind (and some quantum physics theories)?

That is very sad observation, but sooooo true. We really need to have our own professional organization (but not the so called "networking") made by professionals, for professionals. We need our codex, our credo, our standards even, but it is not going to happen (sooo sad). Just let me give you one example of what IT-pro means. Every time i start a new job, they usually give you 3 months to prove yourself, but my experience shows that even 1 month is pretty much enough for everything. If you need 3 months to evaluate your new coworker, then you better go find a new job (translated: 90% of the so called IT-pros should never be allowed to touch a computer, ever)
