I am a musician, I work and create music, I get paid by selling my music. Simple concept.

You put a copy of my music on P2P, people download it, I don't get paid.

    Same as withholding your paycheck.

  2. P2P is fine, the issue is theft! on BayTSP Provides Automatic DMCA Notices · · Score: 0

The issue here is not the use of P2P. It is using P2P to steal things that do not belong to you.

It would be a shame if legitimate uses of P2P were subsumed by the folks who just want to steal a movie or someone else's music. They worked for it, you didn't. If you want a copy pay the folks that created it their proper due.

P2P = good, stealing = bad. Not much gray area there.

Several folks using our Sveasoft firmware on a Linksys WRT54G or GS have successfully linked to an Airport using WDS (Wireless Distribution System).

It's a cool and relatively cheap way to extend your wireless network coverage without having to run CAT5 to the second router.

Because both devices are based on the same Broadcom wireless chipset they are interoperable.

Source code is always released for our binaries, albeit with up to a two week delay. When firmware is stable we release it publicly, with source, at no cost. Look for the public version of Alchemy in the next week or two as we move to the new Talisman firmware development.

The second method is to use WDS and link two AP mode WRT54G's point-to-point.

The last two years Summer weather has come in March and April and lasted until late September (unheard of for Sweden pre-1995!!)

Also Stockholm no longer gets deep snow like it used to. In a somewhat funny side-effect of global warming, the Stockholm town government cancelled all the old contracts for Winter snow removal a few years ago. When it did snow for two weeks last Winter, there was no one to remove it. It piled up for days causing chaos until they could arrange emergency removal.

He does not refute the fact that it is getting warmer - and rapidly so. He simply says it was pretty warm in 1400 too, in contrast to prior conslusions. Note also that, according to his data, we have already reached his pre-1400 temperature levels and the trend continuing steeply upward.

Thank god I live in Sweden. We love global warming. Vroom vroom!
