Since the virus would run sandboxed, it should not matter what the language was. My native language isn't English. However I do have another Germanic language as a base: Dutch. This helps with getting the grammar (mostly) correct. I did not consider Tei would be a non-Germanic speaker and thus having a greater difficulty in learning English. But probably not the hard drive in the copier. If I kick a copier it will be damaged. We had a 2GB Seagate disk that went through much worse (it was used as a pre-flash USB stick. I use Corsair Flash Survivors for the same job now). The seagate was not impressed by falling off a bike multiple times, although it didn't like cola. Harddrives can take a lot of physical abuse.
Your kids should not have the admin password, so they should not be able to install anything. They should always ask someone like you to install stuff. Once they figure out you can download stuff from the internet and install it you will have a very busy internet connection.
Servers don't have users who think "oo puppies" and open an executable file conveniently named "dancing_puppies" (add the correct extension) and disables the virusscanner and firewall if it starts to complain. "Shut up firewall, I want to see the puppies!". People even disabled the rights escalation (UAC) in Vista and 7. "I don't want to see another warning when I install stuff, just install it".There may be more security holes in windows, but the biggest hole is the user. Replace puppies with naked women for male users.
