It is a first amendment issue....... and most ads are harassment.... I f*cking (---creative censorship) hate spam but criminalizing it.... ? what happens when the jokes i send out on an irregular basis to about 20ppl (with consent) gets fowarded (intentionally or otherwise) to someone who says no!! this is spam and my name is at the top of the list??? Do i mutter and pay my fine or go to jail?
What about the time you accidentally sent email to the wron person by mistypin the addy... what if they didn't like tha content... sapm again... suddenly you r a criminal.... nope.... screw this law im moving out of virginia
I run a small 1-way (2-way soon i promise) wireless cable modem network for a 'relatively' small communictions company... Never have i seen such bad service... we are offering dsl in more and more of our markets and ya know what? We don't turn anyone down.. someone wanst cable on a mac or adsl bridged between their ether and token nets... we work our asses of to provide.... Bandwidth isn't just for those who buy the mass produced brainless sheep computers...... Wize up BA you will NEVER have my business.... And I thought Sprint was bad... man...
