    I mean how did I ever live before, I remember a time when I could search for sinewave and it would not jam up my machine for a moment in javascript to suggest Six Flags.

    So should I really appreciate some noodle head's VB thing that instacrashes windows? Or what about a sandboxed scripting language that still allows full access to to the root system? What about that stock market thing where one "oops" in the chaos of a trading day caused a major panic?

    My point is it really should be called "Happy Competent Programmer Day!" or else we should be giving people pats on the back for writing gems like the Sony customer database interface.

    PS: I am no where near competent in programming, I just do it as a hobby, where is my hallmark card.

    A) you don’t know what os to run on it
    B) you don’t know what to use for the network
    C) you don’t know what GPU's to use
    D) your asking slashdot, which a significant portion of users will tell you Apple

    Do you need help using a screwdriver as well?

    yes believe it or not there are people who do not have to have apple jammed up their ass for every little thing, and there are plenty of other ways to carry music outside of an ipod or itunes

    I only know one iphone user, and her son set it up for her I dont know what arrangement that took. but everyone else I know with a smarphone has a android product, the little local cellphone providers out here in the sticks give them away like flip-phones (and nail you on overages)

    one could argue these batteries wont last as long cause the liquid will migrate or dry out even if sealed due to thermal stresses.

    yes there are horror stories out there on a select few products, but come on, how many times has your phone burst into flames, or your PSP go off like an M-80?

    Honestly in this point in time unless a design is minimal in the first place and the chi-co's remove the wrong "unneeded parts" you really have to be abusing the battery to get your self into a pickle.

    in my little bubble I have only seen one windows user with iTunes installed, he was a recovering mac person.. he started getting miffed when his new damn near 3 grand laptop had to go one and a half hours away to the shop every 2 weeks
