    let me expand this, saying I have linux on an arm cpu is similar to saying I have a 6052 running basic. In reality it means nothing because each arm setup is totally different outside of its core. just like every computer from the 80's had a specialized basic custom tailored setup

    yea and that PC hardware uses the same cpu platform

    with ARM well shit theres TI's flavor which doesnt play well with ST's version and lets not even get into the "arm based" stuff like PIC32

    it is a mess, much like PC's in the late 70's and early 80's, they all have basic, but are totally incompatible

    yea fuck gran turismo, the first one was especially bad, one pixel off and fail

    the fuck all thing was once you managed to get past that (hours later and were so pissed off at the game you didnt care) the first thing I did was take some pussy FWD mazda around a minor curve at 30MPH, broke the rear tires loose and cut dough-nuts just by tapping the left button for a microsecond too hard.

    The later ones were much better about everything, but I never understood how that first one got to be popular, the dumbass licence, the physics where every car reacted like a hummer doing 140, and the general dull boring ass pace mixed in with mind boggling frustration cause you lost a race due to a nanosecond short turn and the fact it was just fucking SLOW.

    they had a sparse few GUI programs on the 8 bit II's, the IIc came with a mouse port standard in 84, the apple II mouse card was developed about the same time as machintosh (1981 according to folklore)

    this isnt just limited to plus, for over a decade now I have had a couple google accounts for whatever reason, and it used to not care, email would mind its own fucking business and log into that account, groups would log into another.

    Now it just assumes that my gmail account for work is the exact same account I should use for all my personal stuff, and every freaking google page I have to juggle the stupid account switching cause they want to all of a sudden hurd me in to profile me like a GFD criminal so they can sell me shit.

    quite annoying
