Actually, employers hate debts. It implies that this person needs money desperately and may be willing to do anything to get it (similar to what you said with the 14 hour days). However, the employer would be more afraid that a person with excessive debts would be more likely to steal from them. This is obviously something they do not want. I can't disagree with you fully though. I would imagine an employer would prefer student loans debt to any other kind because this means the person has an education (assuming they didn't drop out and still have large amounts of debt), and, as the guy you quoted said, determination.

So you're going to take a photograph of someone else using their phone while you are both driving? It seems to me like you would be more distracted trying to take a picture than talking on your phone. Before you say, "Well, I wouldn't while I'm driving," explain to me how you will get your cell phone out, get the camera up, and take a picture before the person driving is well past you if you are not driving at approximately the same speed as him or her. The only time this would be possible is if you are the passenger in another vehicle.

Just like I will never attempt to read anything on their site (except to keep clicking next page) I don't read the fliers people put under my windshield wiper. A couple years ago, the flier was sitting on my windshield for 3 days, through rain. It got stuck. It impeded my vision a bit and did not come off completely for a week or so. If I ever catch someone putting another flier on my windshield, I will threaten to sue them for attempted destruction of property and endangering my life, and/or call the police for solicitation if there is a no solicitation sign anywhere nearby. I will proceed to pull all the fliers off everyone's car in the area and stick them on said person's windshield.

  5. Will not play now on Amid Controversy, EA Pulls Taliban From Medal of Honor Multiplayer · · Score: 1

For a while, I thought EA was going to stand up for their rights to include whatever they wanted in their games, but now I realize they are just as idiotic as the rest of the people in this country. Everyone is too easily offended, and everyone else is afraid of offending someone because they are afraid of being sued because every time someone offends someone else, someone gets sued, and for some reason, our legal system allows these people to win, despite all the freedoms we are (supposedly) allowed by the Constitution. It's the same way with stupidity. All I'm going to say here is McDonald's and coffee. "Swear words" are only "bad" because someone at some point in time decided they did not like a word. They are fucking words. Get over it and use them like they are just another word. I was interested in playing this game. Now I will not even so much as rent it from Gamefly. If anyone I know gets it, I will not play it. We need to start sticking up for our rights and people need to learn to deal with differences in opinion.
