Mandate. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Winning the electoral college and therefore becoming president, is a necessary but not sufficient criteria for a moral mandate.

Nobody expected yet another election where the losing candidate gets the most votes. And to add insult to injury Trump received the third worst vote margin in all of US history, yet he already acts like he has a mandate by making some very extreme announcements and decisions. Such as supporting Ryan's plan to phase out medicare.

Even the remote possibility that Trump has been compromised should scare the bejeezus out of everybody.

My wife already took the plunge and became a Canadian citizen. I am still just a permanent resident.

It was easy for me to transfer within the company that I worked for. At the time there were openings in Toronto, and I was able to negotiate a nice salary increase. My employer did all the paperwork for the temporary work visas. So for me it was very easy to move here.

The application for permanent residency I had to prepare without help. It's a lot of tedious work but perfectly doable without having to go through a costly immigration lawyer.

If you are a MD you will qualify easily for immigration. Getting the permanent residency is a lengthy process, but if you find an employer to sponsor a temp visa, you can move quickly. I figure for a medical professional that will be an option.

    Hope this help.

Please re-read my original post. This is not about the intel on Clinton but the alleged compromising of Trump on one of his trips to Moscow.

Or to put it in simple terms: The suspicion that the Russians have something on Trump that they can use for coercion, hence his bending over backwards to be nice to them (something that seems rather out of character).

I never said that the Russians didn't have a very good reason to engage in their (outstanding) counter-intelligence war. I don't even blame them, they are acting in what they regard as their best national interest.

Russia was squeezed way too hard in the Ukraine. It's precisely because they have such a good motive what makes this story all the more plausible.

  22. I like your attention to detail, i.e. adding the cents to Clinton's speaking fee.

But you need to brush up on your puppet logic, it's not actually a STD.

You also don't seem to have read the thread.

The reason I was pointing out the 2013 pageant in Moscow, was to specifically counter the assertion by unixisc that Trump had no business in Moscow.

(BTW Bill Clinton, like all former presidents, will have had a US security detail on his trip to Moscow).

  23. Since the Ms. Universe pageant in Moscow happens to be a fact, you can really pick and chose what media you want to report on it.

Point is, business took Trump to Moscow, i.e. there was opportunity for the FSB to compromise him.

Here's video of your hero opening the pageant in Moscow.

Obviously, at this time, it is just alleged that the compromising occurred. But it is plausible given everything we know. And this possibility should give any red blooded American pause.

If you want to call these facts stupid, be my guest.
