After we had been there all night and where close to leaving my brother thought he was going to just loose a spin sat down at the roulette table I had been at and placed a max wager $100 on a 11 to 1 pay out and hit it I cashed out but he want to go a few more times he hit it 4 out 6 spins lucky as hell before security came over and detains us until they inspected the table and camera to make sure he wasn't cheating and then asked us to leave after they determined he was probably not cheating and just really lucky but they weren't sure because I had been at the table all night.
I never buy in with more than I'm willing to loose I tend to split my wagers across 5 corners because you can roll this way for a long time loosing slowly sometimes you can feel out the table and drop a few extra wagers. That is the problem if after spending large amount of a money on R&D a company declares bankruptcy and I purchase a novel and unique patent not already used in dozens or hundreds of products to either sell, license, or produce then that should be fair but when patents are so broad that they could be almost anything and could be applied to dozens of products even ones made prior to the patent then there is big problem and that patent never should have been granted.

The garage door is steel it was fine but the door jamb I had to replace it has a steel plate now.
If the hood of the truck was open and they were checking the engine when someone pulled up and asked to purchase something I would assume they were on their way to the free farmer's market when the truck acted up but it would be unreasonable for a random unknown person to be in my sleepy neighborhood away from all the people selling fruits and vegetables off a truck when there is a free farmers market down the street sponsored by the community where they could park that truck and get much more traffic.
There are a couple farmer's markets close in my area and one of them would be free for them to park their fruit truck, so chances are if they are in front of my house there is something more going on than just an innocent business person looking for a place to sell his goods. Stolen truck or goods maybe?

You can already buy windmill aerators for your pond... you could fit a few thousand of the really large ones to floating platforms and have them floating on the ocean.

Flooding on the other hand is a more immediate and pressing concern for areas in Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma we are not talking about tsunamis it's more along the line of property damage however rare there is sometimes loss life.
I was caught in a terrible thunderstorm with hail under flash flood and tornado warnings while traveling home through western Kansas in the 80s we pulled over into a truck stop and waited out the weather. It was very calm afterward and a young girl was walking out at the end of the parking lot looking at all the water I assume somehow she slipped and fell into the ditch which was much deeper and flowing much faster than it looked and the under current took her down into the culvert she didn't resurface.

I live in Kansas an hour and a half from the Nebraska border and have family in Omaha, for the past couple weeks have been under flash flood, severe thunderstorm, and tornado warnings which is normal for this time of year. 500 mm is nearly twice as much rain as what we would usually call a desert would get in a year and we've gotten nearly half that in the past two months and the annual rainfall for the state is closer to 36 inches.
