Half of it is vague or simply untrue/personal opinion, the other half...well, about the only truth in there may be that you can't easily contact them directly. But hey, half the large corporates are like that - either talk to a recording, a customer service monkey who can't really do anything for you, or talk to the e-hand. Here's the litmus test: how often do you NEED to speak to a Google rep vs say MS/Apple/IBM/HP/etc...?
