I'm not sure if I should've blaimed them, the shadow government, the illuminati, the knights templar, opus dei, Major League Baseball, Bilderberg Group, big oil, small oil, or the Priory of Sion.
Who controls the British crown? Who keeps the metric system down? We do! We do! Who leaves Atlantis off the maps? Who keeps the martians under wraps? We do! We do! Who holds back the electric car? Who makes Steve Guttenberg a star? We do! We do! Who robs the cave fish of their sight? Who rigs every Oscars night? We do! We do!
Between a monkey like demeanor and throwing various pieces of office furniture, it sounds like he's competing against one of Nintendo's flagship products too.
beatmania and pop'n' don't link to GuitarFreaks or DrumMania...
Beatmania nor pop'n' music actually simulate anything in real life. The controller for beatmania and beatmaniaIIDX are similar to drum machines, but... Not really. That doesn't mean they're not fun though.
I do prefer GuitarFreaks to Guitar Hero. The interface is better and the music IS better and more varied.
If the game needs it, the player will lose interest. If the game doesn't need it, the player won't bother. Either that, or they wait for the information to be published on the Internet. Regardless, the secrets aren't adding anything and actually detract from things.
I've noticed that Kingdom Hearts 2 handled the secret thing pretty well. The fight with Sephiroth, the Ultimate Weapons, etc. were all right in front of your face, it just needed a little finessing.

Beatmania only has a handful of unlocks(Depending on the release, they're of varying degrees of quality), and 90% of the songs are available right from the get go. With 50+ tracks, you're not going to get bored with it that easily and most of it is available at the start. Unless you can already AAA V Another.
Depending on the unit... There actually 4 sensors. When you go into the IO test mode, it'll have 4 little dashes, and when you step on the panel, it'll show you which of the 4 sensors are coming up.
That's only for 2 player cabs... For the solo cab, it's 2 sensors per.
It's that "News" outlets aren't News outlets anymore. They're entertainment venues and that Republicans are willing to go batshit nuts to make a better show. Who wants to hear someone talk about spending reform when you could get a Republican who's willing to shout at some moderate about same sex marriage?
The difference here is that Clinton's VP is trying to blow the lid on environmentalism and Bush's VP succeeded at blowing off his hunting buddy's face.
The guy worked in the legal system. Doesn't he have some sort of obligation to the truth and justice? If the prosecution was playing dirty, then they were playing dirty. He brought this up with his superiors, his superiors didn't do anything, so he did what he felt he needed to do, which was to inform the defense of what he knows. If I was in court, and there was someone who knew for a fact that a warrant was obtained illegally and despite the prosecution KNOWING this went ahead with the prosecution, I'd want that information AND I believe i should be ENTITLED to that information given that we have the guarantee for a fair trial.
By your definition, the floppy disk, the punch card, paper tape, etc. are all proprietary. The BDROM is not proprietary in the sense that Sony is NOT the sole producer and controller of the BDROM format. The article made it seem like it was such.

The problem is, is that a Digital camera and a PDA are quite bulky and Unless I went with super slim, super tiny models, I couldn't hold a Celphone, an ipod nano, a pda and a camera in my pockets at once. And if I am going with the super tiny models, they're either crap or super expensive and I wouldn't trust them to survive in my pockets anyway. If my celphone let me run apps, keep notes, take low resolution photographs and generally be useful as something more than just a phone, then I'd be really happy.
More like, portal siege on the king of the mountain.
I doubt google is going to fire back and it's possible they could win just because they keep doing what they're doing. Between Google and Yahoo!, I'd trust preinstalled Google software over Yahoo!. I just logged out of both Yahoo! and Google Talk. Guess which client popped up an ad on log in?
Funny enough... These don't represent left or right wing extremists. Left and right wing extremists tend to be a bit more lenient about this kind of behaviour. Political extremists in America tend to react to dissenting opinion by trying to shout at each other, but not necessarily repress via any sort of legal system. There are exceptions to this, but that's just what I've noticed in general.
Actually, they're not required to go to school either. However, they're required to go to some sort of educational program. Homeschooling, private school, private tutor, etc.
But the point here is, he's required to go to this school, and they're treating him like crap.
As far as DRM goes... If you're willing to play a console system that denies you the right to play backups and imports right off the bat, then really... You've given in to the DRM machine. On CDs, and other media that I CAN read and can capture from, sure, I'll be pissy about DRM there, because it's accessable to me. But there are no cheap consumer HDMI capture devices.
Until there are...
But you're kind of right. Comparing PS3 backwards compatability to the Xbox360's backwards compatability is like comparing stinking, rotten, moldy oranges to fresh, clean apples.
(Atleast the oranges can play Barbie Horse Adventure.)
Uhm, the PS3's storage capabilities out of the box WILL be anywhere from 2 - 22 TIMES the Xbox360's out of the box. Which means more game resource space.
The performance and capabilities aren't the same, either. The PS3 can play PS2 games. The Xbox360 can't. The PS3 can play Blu-Ray movies. The Xbox360 can't. The PS3 will have an option for HDMI output. The Xbox 360 doesn't. (Between several game consoles, a dvd player and my DVR cable box, supporting HDMI is a godsend since none support output to HDMI thus freeing me up from having to juggle Component outputs; also, I don't care about digital rights management via HDMI because there's no way in hell I can capture video from a Component source with out paying out the goddamn nose, muchless a higher resolution HDMI signal; should this cease to be a problem...). Also, the PS3 will do homebrew. The Xbox360 can't. A BIG win in my POV. Granted, I'm going to be stupidly excited about being able to load ROMs onto my PS3, but, that just means less consoles to clutter my living room with.
The thing about that report is that it assumes a rather high cost for the bluray and the cell CPU. These are not Sony's numbers. I'd estimate that since Sony is the one who will be sourcing thier own drives, they won't be costing themselves retail for a drive, or anywhere near retail. Also, that price of the Cell CPU looks really suspect as well...
What's so arrogant about pricing thier console so they can actually make cash back on what they sell? Isn't that the point of business?
I think it's more arrogant to undercut your competition. Sony had the choice of either releasing an underpowered machine, undercutting the price, or make a profit on each machine. Guess which choice sony went with?

It's bound to happen.
Did we pull the plug too early? Was her brain already beyond the rescue point? Would this have helped?
No IDE, then after they pick up what a compiler is, and a few options...
Then teach them the IDE.
According to interviews that showed up on Watch Impress, the PS3 will have homebrew.
(Also, see wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3 )
the BD ROM can hold from 23.3 gigs(single layer), to 200 gigs(6 layers).
(again, see wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blu-Ray )

also, I'm talking 450 baseline 500$ package. Obviously the 600$ package would scale up similarly.

And what's your source? Was it from Sony themselves?
I doubt that the PS3 would cost 800 bucks to produce. I doubt it costs more than 450 bucks to produce per unit.
I think it's more arrogant to undercut your competition. Sony had the choice of either releasing an underpowered machine, undercutting the price, or make a profit on each machine. Guess which choice sony went with?
