    You're correct, but isn't it sad?

    This seems like the approximation of rule by law for the lowest common denominator. My suspicion is that it's just too much work to sort through things on a case-by-case basis.

    Casinos in Vegas was the last one I recall... maybe this thing has legs.

    Yet two rovers designed to last 90 days on another freaking planet operate 24x and 40x+ design specifications without overtaking the Bieber arrest in internet interest.

    Great catch. The reported missing and suspiciously dead people possibly make up a significant number of requests.

    Unmentionable security orders are a horse of another color. No reporting means no oversight means abuses.

    No open resolution of a security breach so that particular vector of attack can be scrutinized by the retail industry and perhaps better guarded against.

    Better to control PR damage now than prevent a recurrence.

    Yes. They are an emerging market.

    The sad thing is most companies write paychecks on banks with existing local branches. Many cash checks drawn on their own accounts for free and even the most avaricious of them will comply for a few bucks ($4-$5 US, locally).

    Yep. Even a little money coming in during your search won't hurt you, and once you've conquered your pride, a temporary vocation beneath your education and training will likely motivate your efforts.

    The caveat is the heat must penetrate at these temperatures into books, couch cushions, walls, bedding, etc. Every crevice the creature can hide in must reach the desired temperature before the time element kicks in.
