    Short term investing is gambling. For that matter, so is long term investing. The real issue is the more often than not, people like this aren't gambling with their own money, but they sure are collecting the rewards as their own money.

    I guess it's not a huge secret that only people that are very wealthy can even afford to run for public office. I suppose that I'm more speaking about the system that makes that necessary. Why does money have to be such an integral part of politics? That is the problem.

    The fact that ANY senator or politician can afford to have a Luxury Yacht speaks to a much larger problem in our society than just where he docks it. The common ideologue garbage out of Washington is that taxes are in equivocally bad no matter what they are for. Can you really blame any of them for following their own lines of bullshit and dodge as many taxes as possible. I bet half of the assholes in congress would renounce their citizenship if they could hold their seats and do so.

    Engineering is problem solving, that does not mean that all ENGINEERS are good at problem solving. Some doctors suck at healing people and some teachers can't teach. A degree doesn't automatically make you awesome in your field. I'm not saying that all engineers are shitty problem solvers and I'm not saying that engineering doesn't solve problems, I'm just saying that just because someone is an engineer doesn't automatically mean they are an analytic problem solving machine.

    Because a lot of engineers don't have an analytical mind, they have an engineering degree. I used to work with a lot of very religious engineers as well, and I found out more often than not they were good at math, not solving actual problems.

    Nutrition is nutrition when you can't afford anything else. I find it to be a ridiculous first world problem that people care so much about organic food. Organic beef is where a lot of the bovine diseases come from. It's the same theory as not vaccinating your kids. People in a lot of 3rd world nations would kill to make sure their kids are fed and have vaccines, but some snobby yuppy assholes won't eat a carrot because it wasn't grown organically and don't want their precious little gem to be vaccinated for diseases that aren't around any more, (except they are). Fucking ridiculous.

    That sounds incredibly lazy and unsecure. I hope your company doesn't handle sensitive information. I'd love to outsource all of my administrative tasks too, but as it turns out I don't want a 3rd party vendor, especially one with questionable privacy practices, to control my information or that of my customers. So, good luck with that.

    Your statement however does not refute my statement that there is no guaranteed lifespan for any google app and any one could be dropped at any time with minimal notice.
