By the time that this drive is out MP3 technology will be a thing of the past.. It could be compaired like RAW to Compressed wav.

With all the diffrent *nix out there, we could make a linux distro far from the current linux that we see now. No since darwin is opened up, we have another scene to takle. I feel that would could make linux the ultimate OS for average home users, power users, gamers, servers, hard ware hackers, beuwolf stuff, ect. I'll be emailing everyone when I get home that reply in support of this idea. If I can get enough people to actually do something, instead of being lazy like most cracker groups, I will make a home page, probably on xoom.com, unlimited space *giggles*, untill we can get rob to back our idea fully after we get the orginazation of the plans and idea completed. Well it's hard to tell what this chip will do until they get them out on the market. But 6.4 is an impressive number, and boy I would like to see the new games run under that.. *drool* But if the claim of 6.4 is true, Sony can make alot of money with a 2nd gen of that chip if they bring up the Interger rate up. How many HW hackers would buy it? I would by a handfull and try to construct my own PSC (Personal Super Computer) just say that I own one! Also I think that x86 could bennifit from the Emotion Engine if the claims are true. I'm still trying to figure out how they are going to do side by side chips w/ 2 diffrent archietechture.. 1.I have seen alot of 8 speaker arrangements that cost 100k+ for a set of speakers only doing like 40hz-32khz (which I do not know anyone that can hear that high!) and they response graphs were far from flat! But the enclosure looks nice. 2.Ports are effienct designs for small enclosers. But if you have the room, then it's ok to use a closed box. That's a possibilty! Have a selection in the install file that lets you choose, but I feel that we could make our own gui.
