The US Government isn't the ones that print the money, so it's exempt from that.. But Religious originizations should not be able to sue, but can be sued!

When ever CNN doesn't recieve the common ID-10-T as thier audience.. CNN is really well know throughout the world.. So takening it like this 80-95% of the people in the world are complete dolts,.. The whole deal is that the ignorance of the people that start these law suits are way up there. But yet the common sense would prove that these people are idiots and should not win, but yet they win? Like the hot coffee incident.... Come on, it's not called Iced tea, it's coffee, every friggin' person that has drank coffee know that it is blistering hot when you first brew it. It's hard to brew coffee with cold water.. Common sence should tell a person this, but yet the sue over it.. Make me feel bad to be living in the same country as these dumb asses. But I guess every society has alot of people that would do this to make a quick buck, but our country allows the people to put up an ignorant fight and win.. Does anyone else see something wrong with this.. I agree w/ whom ever state that the person that loses a case must pay and that both parties must put up the money before trial.

That would be considered as cruel and unusal punishment. I think that it would work in the sence of this. If you are forced to do something against your will, you start to hate it. Now, if I were to tie you down and make you watch porn for a week strait w/ no sleep and lots of drug, I would bet you would would get sick of porn and making you withdrawl from the drug I used, lets say Morphine, you would hate life during the withdrawl, then after I released you into public, I don't think you would think about sex again due to what has happened to you. If you saw a porn or someone having sex, you would most likely start having bad flash backs due to the mental impact that happened to you durring the stage of 'Rehibilitation'.
