So is this Palm query app also going to be of use for those of us with the illustrious Handspring Visor Deluxe (now with 8 mb of RAm...ooo...aaa)? I know that if I want to upgrade to the newest Palm OS (3.5), that I essentially just have to go and buy a Palm as the OS is burnt into the circuitry of the Handspring, so I figure that perhaps this Palm query app won't work either. Any thoughts?

I remember back in Ultima 6, in the Underworld, I'd be walking around searching for Lord British and these gnome's would jump out and attack me. Now that just wasn't very nice, Dupre would typically kick their butts with his sword swinging bard skills, and if that didn't work he would sing to them (egad!). Alas, I hope that this Gnome is different...

Linux has its advantages, there are very few and I'm not going to name any right now, however I do agree that some people do need to leave their server rooms and get some fresh air every so often :-)

If everyone thinks that Linux is terrible. . . then basically you're signing your soul to the devil (aka Microsoft). With Microsoft offering it's HailStorm Services, sure it says that it's going to be "Open Source" in a sense as it is being built on XML and SOAP, however for those of you that use MSIE 5.5, you probably have noticed that it doesn't support XML in full.
