  2. Happened to me in MO on Guess My Speed and Give Me a Ticket, In Ohio · · Score: 3, Interesting

A similar situation happened to me in Missouri. I was going at a good clip on a short road, and I got onto the highway before they could get the radar gun out. Eventually they pulled me over (I was going exactly the speed limit at that moment), and issued me a ticket for *exceeded* the speed limit. I asked what my supposed speed was when I broke the limit, and they said that only applied if you are *exceeding* the speed limit. So they didnt list my speed, just that I had broken the posted limit.
I'm not sure what the difference was, but I had my lawyer fix it anyway.

I suppose I should sign up for another account for use on my Blackberry, one for my wife, and another one for my home laptop.

Pandora lets you share your stations with other users, so I wont even lose my new stations. Although lately I seem to get the same 100 songs over and over, so it's time to create some new stations anyway.

Opera also offers multiple pages in one window, and you can turn this off if you like.

the windoes version (dont know about linux version) of Opera offers mouse short cuts like: rightclick+drag down is new window and rightClick+drag down then left is switch to previous window.

Its pretty handy for me, as I often find myself using the mouse as i browse.

Every time my phone beeps to alert me that "Voice Pricacy is not active" I wonder who could be listening.
It seems like an approach somewhere between the holographic approach, and the web 'node' approach could be applied to digital/PCS/cell/mobile phones. Does anyone know about research being done into voice privacy on mobile phones?
