there really isn;t a comparison between sonicwall and websense appliances. websense costs a shitload more but actually does a shitload more... according to the essay of requirements, the guy probably is super controlling freak and websense will do that for him, along with a decent FW cisco,websense blah blah...
why would anyone including me say no to free money... if i could get the govt to loan me at0-0.25 percent and I could loan it out to consumers at lets say 3.5%... i just made a killing without ever actually having any real stake in the game.
i mean TO copyright a document before you can bring a copyright infringement suite, wouldn't someone have to have access to the material. The CR owner couldn't just say we have some documents that may or may not exist that are also copyrighted... so you can't leak them? or we will sue!?
so pharma's are ok with saying that results from this research can NEVER be wholly or partially copyrighted/patented. or that the university will not directly or indirectly profit from this research and all data will be made public... and lets include the insurance companies in here as well...

this also has a side effect of protecting copyright/technical data from being made into a cheap copy in china. as the chinese govt is the defacto partner in production.
