I've got a Visor, and have been anxiously awaiting the release of this for months now, but at $269 there's no way I'm touching it with a 10' pole:(
I seriously doubt they'll sell many units at all - most people (like myself) opted for the Visor over the Palm because it was cheaper with roughly the same functionality. If I'd wanted to spend $500+ I'd buy a separate Rio and have a proper, fully functional mp3 player with LCD panel etc.
It's a very nice idea but they've sadly misjudged their market...

This may have been covered before, but what about those of us who agreed to the original privacy policy?
Shouldn't Amazon provide a way for us to completely remove our details from its system if we don't agree to it's new policy?
Comparing the cell phone to shoes is just plain wrong. I don't know a single person who has more than one phone (and i know a lot of rich people), but everyone I know has more than one pair of shoes. Everyone over the age of 15 has realised that forking out £15+ for a different coloured snap-on plastic cover is lunacy.
Mobile phones are a privilege for the (mostly) middle classes
