I am looking for more of a 'remote control' type device. I'm building a Linux box into my home enertainment center for: MP3's, couch surfing, gameing,..etc.. I want a cordless, trackball mini-keyboard all in one. The keyboard doesn't need to be designed for speed, there will be very little keyboarding for this application.
I'd like SFF with only USB, ieee1394 ethernet and external power supply.
Other method....
Does anyone know if there is any Intel type hardware that supports a serial console from the bios??
Then you just connect them all to a multi-port serial device on a main 'head' machine.
What I'd like to find is a sound card with 4+ line-level inputs. Then just use it as the mixer (with software).
It would help me build a complete audio system with my linux box as the control center.
Does anyone know of such a thing???
I hate to be sue happy but.... If M$ thinks they can use their ID's then they diserve another lawsuit. Sue for slander / invasion of privacy.
Tip: Any one that created the virius should toss any thing M$ they own and install Linux on all of their machines.
