There will be very few updates to the Changelogs. Is this becuase Patrick doesn't care? No. It's because he puts out quality distributions that don't need bugfixes. What a concept!
What *is* the deal with libc6? I've been running Slackware for several years and I have never run into problems compiling tarballs on any package yet. Are there any examples that people have?
It seems that Canada's socialist government is doing fine. We have one of the best health care systems in the world. Socialism does not "encourage everyone to aspire to the same level of mediocraty [sic]", it allows everyone, yes, even the *poor* to have the same chance as the wealthy to prosper.
I think this new system of doing things is a great idea. Now I know that if I post an insightful comment, it won't get flamed to oblivion by AC's, and someone will actually get to read it.
I think the idea of everyone being moderators would be a better idea. It would make it a lot more democratic. I don't think anything like it has been done on the net before.
Everyone take note:

Wow. I'd hate to see that coming at me at full speed.

And what exactly is the problem?
This would be perfect for wearable computers... it could be placed on one's belt. And it draws *microamps*. Amazing!
And at the bar it was Freon Tuesday.
.. that Linux was written originally for the Intel platform, but now it's more widely ported than WindowsNT.
:)
Linus does a good job of being modest, but bashes Microsoft while he is doing it
And we shouldn't forgot to thank RMS and the FSF for gcc.

What is all the hype about? Samba can do this already. Perl scripts can do it if you want as well.
I think anyone who would be asked to implement this has probably already done this, or knows how to do it.

Good work Rob.
