Yup... Fortunately for me, Cartoon Network is ch.51 and FoodTV is ch. 50... I think they knew that Cartoon Network and FoodTV were meant for eachother... Those are two of the 4 channels I watch (I also LOVE The Learning Channel, and Discovery Channel.) -Derick
Well, a helicopter would need to be able to remain stable on it's own because of the huge controling delay. That's take major processing power assuming it may have to combat high winds and such. Another problem is to remain stable on its own, but I'm sure NASA could work that out somehow. Also, what happens if it tips over... It's screwed! It would be very difficult to right a helicopter. I think what they should base the flying device upon is the remote controlled submersables. granted, you'd need a lot more power than a submersable, but it'd bee a lot better than a helicopter.
I dunno... maybe I'm just another fool on the hill.
This is probably not going to change much. All it'll do is give TIME a chance to write yet another article about MP3s. In the end, MP3s will still be traded, and some people will be pissed while the public will be happy. I don't see why all of these "artists" don't just give up and embrace MP3s like so many great musicians.
If you ask me, these big bands are pissed because they'll have to make more than one good song per CD so people will buy the CD, and not download the one song. -Derick
If M$ were to do this, I'm sure that everyone and their grandmother would all sue M$ for trying to take over the console buisness. That's the popular thing to do these days. I agree with the people that said to simply let Bleem do it.
Why the hell would you want to get rid of anything funny? are you turning into some sort of freak to runs from anything that's not serious?!
Granted, if/. were a site with a funny article to serious article ratio of 1:1, I would consider that a problem, but come on! Give us a break, and relax. -Derick
