Okay, I have to know. What, exactly, does light add to the process of wiping?
If you have to ask that question I'll bet your whitey tighties have got some pretty awesome racing stripes. You might want to take a class in hygiene. There are some good videos on YouTube, and you don't even have to leave your parents basement!
Many of the comments on this post seem to want to discredit this new idea, but I think that it definitely has potential. Most people have far too much computing power for the functions they perform on a daily basis. Dedicating this extra computing power to mining doesn't seem like too much of a waste. I am curious if the computing power dedicated to mining has any other function. I will try the program and see where it goes.
Since the computations are largely performed using GPUs does anyone think it would be possible to use a jailbroken PS3 dedicated to this purpose?
-Free will is an illusion. Your actions are simply the cause of some other effect.
How about we insist that all of the executives and "big wigs" (especially whoever was in charge of the data on the servers) publish their personal information on the sony website in plaint text?
It's very sad that since the dawn of man we've been able to see the night sky in all it's glory on a clear and moonless night, but in the last 120 years or so it's been reduced to just a faint glimmer of what had been. Someday, I hope that we can have one night a year with no light pollution so that we could see the full glory of what's really all around us and can be seen with a naked eye.
I share your sentiments. I lived in Anchorage AK while I was in the Army. During this time I went to the Cold Weather Leadership Course located in the middle of nowhere. At night we would see the Northern Lights and the sky was breathtaking (so was the cold).
Think about it, Sony needs to blame someone and so they blame a group that cannot be quantified or prosecuted and in turn Sony can't be sued for defamation. If anyone thinks that Sony actually believes their own evidence, I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you.
Personally I'm furious at Sony. I am one of the people that had his identity stolen. What kind of company stores valuable information in such a careless manager? I have been a faithful Sony dupe since the PS2 and the only reason I haven't switched to the XBOX is because I thought that Sony technology was better (let the flaming begin). Now for the first time I'm not sure what gaming system to use.
No sweat, we'll send drones
nobody panic! my karma isn't contagious!

If it was so damn easy why wasn't it discovered already? You seriously need to get laid.

Does anyone know if the colors in the picture are added? If it was not added how long of an exposure does it take to get all those amazing colors?
