Intel has been discouraging the use of SMP for desktops for quite a while. The Xeon boards aren't being redesigned for BTX, only the desktop P4 boards are. Xeon boards will remain huge ATX/EATX AFAIK. Maybe they'll have something new, but it won't be BTX.
Well since Corel has already shown that they're interested in Linux, I wouldn't totally find that unreasonable. I'd love to have it too--WP was the best there was back in those days. I still have the Function key overlay from DOS WP 5.1 around here somewhere...

AMR is a soft-modem spec, so if this is a hardware modem, it's not AMR.
