    Lenovo gets entrenched as the largest PC supplier then leverages it into largest server supplier. 1, 2, easy.

  2. We fully support IBM partnering with Apple to destroy it. The bottom line: Apple has no fallback, once the hipsters don't want ishiny any more, that's it. IBM will just keep selling bullshit consulting and support contracts to corps big and small.

    Apple, IBM and Motorola partnered for the PowerPC CPU. It worked out.

    Oh so really true, and that is why consumers are inundated with power PC chips today... Hmm, err, Apple was really loyal to IBM, yes they were. Yes yes! One for all and all for one. Just saving up that loyalty for later. Sure, that's it.

    Despite the technological marvel that South Korea is at times, Active X & Internet Explorer are the apex of their Internet communications and Linux is basically not used anywhere.

    Android phones are a major exception. Microsoft has negligible presence in Korea on handsets. Other exceptions are the usual ones: data centers, routers, tvs, etc etc.

    I don't remember that. But I do remember a number of Adroid vendors introducing displays with even higher PPI, and I do remember Apple losing control of the tablet market after introducing a product that had quadruple pixel count as essentially its only improvement, while regressing in battery life and weight.

    I own an LG phone. (Nexus 4). It never froze up or broke, in fact I like it a lot.
