I liked most things about win8. It boots SO fast compared to win7. {IMHO} MS shouldn't have put such an emphasis on touchscreen or at least make it configurable for "normal" desktop / tablet use.
Is PC dead?! You must be joking! According to wikipedia (may 2012) Windows XP has 44.85% market share. That means near 50% of all (win) PCs are old school. Yes, there is a change in mobile world and some tasks have moved to phones but a PC is still a PC. Moreover they haven't invented better way to input data than a keyboard. My two cents.
Apple mobile products are inferior today. I mean 5 somewhat years ago when they came with the notoriously know iPhone, they were on top. It was a great device. Now compared to Android ICS iOS is a laughing stock.
