While the poster's plan to return these cds will show an increase in sales, the massive amount of returns will hit them where it actually hurts. People that don't have computers (or burn cds) will buy roughly 80%-90% of these cds, the 10% of returns will drive stores insane and they will "prefer" not to stock them even if the album sells well.
While a record company doesnt care, a store has a vested interest in not having 1 of every 9 or 10 of an album returned with an angry customer. The stores want to keep the customer happy and these cds piss them off. Do the math.
I wonder if this technology will help the R&D struggle intel is facing right now with it's Itanium processor. From the looks of things, the PPC G5 might be a better choice. I certainly hope that it keeps the market competitive. How long till we "really" see this implemented?
the only reason Microshaft products are still widely used is due to the fact that they are generally easy to set up. Maybe this will show some admins that an easy set up will skip details (although I don't really consider a password to be a "detail") and that perhaps with a little effort on their part, a much superior product can be had for free (mysql and postgresql). Anyway, just my 2 cents.
Wait for answers, dont jump to conclusions...

everyone seems to think this is a terrorist faction in afganistan or iraq or libya or whatever, but isn't that what everyone thought of oklahoma city?
what will we do if it is a group of wacko's from jersey? will we bomb jersey into a parking lot? That seems to be many peoples' feeling on/. and on other sites around the web.
how about rebuilding the towers and acting a little new testament instead of old testament.
Some people around the web want SAMs (surface to air missles) in large cities. What if someone gets a hold of those? Come on people, think! Dont jump to conclusions, it only makes you look like a fool. Trust me, i've already done that today. Let's pick up the pieces and help americans rebuild instead of talking of leveling some country around the world.
