begin making sure to document who you were with at that time. I once spent hours under questioning as the defense of " i fell asleep watching tv, and I have no idea what you are talking about" was very hard to prove since I was the only one home at the time.

your situation will require you to know how those were gunshots (not any other type of noise), why you think it was a stranger ( how nosy are you, are you interested in your neighbors lives and property) , what car, and also provide physical evidence of the stranger and the car you observed. It is gonna be a long night.

the article never tells how he got this stuff. As a devils advocate, the possibility exists that he was discussing the porn on his laptop with his wife because she discovered it. If this is a single zip file that he opened then he can be cleared, if this can be proven to be months or years worth of material that he has been holding on to, and obtaining over time, then he is going to have a hard time using the "oops" defense.

depending on which facts you choose to follow, the GP can be very correct. I wouldnt disparage someone for believing crazy ass conspiracies when we can watch bankers and wall street knowingly manipulate a system that causes massive harm, and the firms they work for get very minor punishments, while at the same time the FBI finds it enormously important to destroy a group because they embarrassed SONY.

does this mean that no law will ever be unconstitutional again, or even challenged as such? thank you. There was a mandate to create a bureaucracy, and that bureaucracy then made up rules that we all have to follow, based on a mandate. none of this is an actual federal law, except for the existence of the TSA. If the proposed law only defines what the TSA is allowed to do, then it still complies with the federal law, and simply restricts actions that the TSA can perform against people in the state at the time. Someone needs to put reins on this thing, and they abviously cant be trusted to restrain themselves.
