I was recently looking for a cheap 56k isp and found one that is exclusive to the Toronto area and it appears to be only $2.95/month for unlimited usage.
That's a pretty sweet deal provided that it is legit;)
I took the ccna exam, I just picked up a couple Cisco books from Chapters. Read those. And did some of those router simulation programs. I felt that that would be enough preparation for the CCNA, it being a low-end cisco exam.
I just recently purchased a Cisco 2514 off eBay for a cool $600, and the Catalyst 2912 for $700. I am hoping to take the CCNP within the next 4 months.
I use freesco, it's quite nice, and runs very well on my 486dx/33, and I don't notice any bottleneck with this hardware setup. I can still acheive 300k+/sec.
What's the point anyway? There are already dozens of jabber servers available that are potentially more extensible.
Too bad it'll likely be ad-ridden.
I think that's enough already with the jokes.
Too bad we couldn't just live in a society where we wouldn't have to worry about theft! :(
I've used both and I have to say that Microsoft's Virtual PC is ASS-slow. VMWare is actually usable and has far more features and compatibility.
I've been wanting to do something like that for a long-time, but the time investment is just too large.
You should probably get a couple of patch panels and mount them in a rack..that's the most elegant solution!
I've been using grocery gateway for a while now. It's quite nice! You can even get delivery in the evenings.
Being in Toronto with no car means that it saves a bit of money. The $5 delivery charge is potentially much less than a taxi fare.

What OS will this PDA be running? Something proprietary and brand new? Or what?
I re-encoded some CDs with RC3, and I can't tell much of a difference in sound. But the file sizes are significantly smaller.
Should I be re-encoding all my audio every time a new RC is out?

This build appears to have fixed that nasty memory leak that was apparent in 0.9.3.
