Well that does it. The first movie sucked.
No Aliyah, no reason to subject myself to the second....

Don't be ridiculous. Canada allows all of these same rights, and I don't hear fundamentalist Muslims screaming about blowing up that country.

Hiding from the real issues will never allow us to solve them.

  5. Anti-trust? on Microsoft Buys into Corel · · Score: 1

I wonder if part of the agreement might be Corel agrees to not sue M$ for anti-trust damages. Potentially, this could be a bad deal for Corel in that case. Then again, a trial could have dragged on for years, and Corel needs cash now. When and if they ever won, they might have been out of business already. Just an idea. . .

  7. Re:Beginning of the end for WordPerfect? on Michael Cowpland Resigns From Corel · · Score: 1

That is mostly because Lawyers have greater the average person's word processing needs. They require a word processor capable of producing documents that conform to complex standards required by the legal systems. They can not accept good enough. That's why many legal professionals, in I forget which state were rebuked and given the suggestion that they refraime from using MS Word for legal document production a while ago, because there is no such thing as close enough for legal work. As of today, WordPerfect is the worlds most powerful and flexible word processors. Many legal professionals feel it is the only program fit for the task. That is why WordPerfect has such a lock on the legal market. But don't worry. Even though they market the only product on the market today capable of handling the rigorous demands of legal professionals, Corel is hard at work doing everything they can to ruin their market and give it away to Microsoft.
