Steltors CorporateTime is an excellent product. I have seen it being used in lot of universities and its functionality matches with any of Exchange, Groupwise or Lotus.
Oh.. yeah.. How about this "founder of Sun" doing a government job in india if US did not provide him the opportunity to come here, learn with US infrastructure? How about all other companies whose founders are not indians?
The US system encourages bright people to show, improve and innovate with their knowledge. The system also matters irrespective of how many bright and skilled individuals you have. It is the mindset that matters. The mindset to accept and recorginize talent whichever color, race, creed it comes from. That is where US shows it is the best. Accept it or take the next boat and head back, buddy.
