Do you seriously have to ask? Our military, under the direction of Bush, is the only thing keeping those people in power. They have a strong, personal interest in seeing republicans maintain control of our government, because a Democratic victory will likely mean pulling our troops before their power positions are strongly enough established to protect them from civil war.
So yes, the iraqis who matter both know and care about the events unfolding in our political system.
In addition to the other flaws being pointed out, as soon as RAC starts 'employing' they're going to run smack into all the business with more than X employees rules. Benefits must be paid, etc.
Freedom of speech assumes that you cannot be stopped from speaking, which becomes impossible as soon as they duct tape your mouth shut. Anonymity is required to stop the duct tapers in many situations.
how else can an authority verify you are worthy of protection or assistance?
I'm sorry, but if your government thinks it's ok for authority to only protect or assist certain classes of people, your government is far down the wrong path already.
I love Aspergers syndrome. It's the disease you have when you have poor social skills, and amazingly, a lot of people with poor social skills have it. Or put another way, if you specialize too far down one field of human endeavor, you may not be generalized. This is becoming one of the most hideously overdiagnosed diseases right now because of the media play it is getting. Much like ADD, expect to see a lot of over medication in response to this rapidly spreading syndrome.

But even if you cannot be convinced that there could actually be a danger in your water analogy, water is also a very simple molecule, so the parallel is not as good as you think. Picking out a small number of inverted proteins in cloned beef may well be beyond our current technology to detect.

Are you equally comfortable eating any batch, or would you prefer to wait to see what the long term health effects of eating from the three batches are? Would you at least like to wait and see which batch kills people instantly?

That's just blatantly false. The facts are unknown, and there are legitimate scientific reasons to believe that cloned meat might be dangerous. It's certainly worthy of study before we decide one way or another.
A lot of people shop at whole foods & earth fare in spite of the higher costs because of the more stringent labelling requirements. It's just that the labels they care about aren't relevant to nutrition for the most part. People care more about the means of production (apparently) than they do about being healthy.
Your estimate is a bit off. People are already working on screens with horizontal pixel counts in the range of 8k. Let's assume we don't go any higher than that, and use a 16:9 format, so that's 8192x4608
We're also fairly likely to see 8 Byte/pixel screens, as 64 bit/pixel is an increasingly popular format.
60 frame progressive displays are also quite popular (already), so let's guess that we'll see recording at that speed not far into the future.
And a lot of movies run up to about 2.5 hours, so let's give 150 minutes to cover most movies without having to go to a second disk.
8192 x 4608 x 8 * 60 * 60 * 150 = 163074539520000 = 151875 GB = ~148 TB
I guess a 1020 Petabyte drive will hold a decent number of these.
Suicide bombing is no more wrong than any other sort of bombing, unless of course the target is civilians that don't support any government involved in whatever the conflict in question is.
From that perspective, you have to worry about your descendants out to the nth generation. In the long run view, presumably all genes are wiped out by the heat death of the universe.

Because a significant change in our congress could cause our troops to be withdrawn.
The president doesn't really have unlimited power to use our military at his pleasure unless congress backs him on it.
