Project Kylix - Native Rapid Application Development for Linux.
What is Project Kylix?
The goal of Project Kylix is to produce a high-performance Rapid Application
Development (RAD) development tool for Linux. RAD here means component-based, two-way
visual development of your user-interface (GUI), database, internet, and server
applications. Development tool means a high-speed native Delphi/C/C++ compiler for
linux.
Project Kylix should also simplify the porting of existing Delphi and C++Builder
applications between Windows and Linux
Seriously... instead of handing out life sentences the government should seriously consider handing out paychecks. Face it, they need someone with a clue on their side.
I have to agree with you on that one. How the hell a movie with Tim Allen could ever be considered good is a bit of sci-fi in itself.
Perhaps because "Science Fiction" has become known to most people as simply aliens and the deep reaches of outerspace over the years. The Matrix, on the other hand, was more of a "Computer", or "Geek Fiction."
``(and the OpenBSD ports tree is MUCH smaller than the Net or Free (with more than 3000 ports)''
It's smaller because the apps chosen are deemed useful somewhat secure. (Yes, they actually do throw out useless apps... 'jive' for example;-)) Some of us dont like a bunch of useless crap slowing down our systems.
I agree with you that the base system is their main concern (for the main project developers) , however the port maintainers do keep up their end in regards to security.
``...the ports tree should be the same for all BSDs...''
Sorry to say that I don't think that will ever happen. Compare FreeBSD and OpenBSD for example. OpenBSD may have the same apps, but they've been thouroughly audited for security. Unless all *BSDs decide to adopt a similar philosophy as far as security is concerned, then we don't have much hope for that, now do we?
Seriously though, is it really that hard to cd/usr/ports/whatever and do a make && make install? Is it really that hard to find the correct directory? I've never had a problem with it, then again that's just me...
making the movie in the first place. :)
I'm still waiting for a CGI Transformers movie.
"Too bad for Twofish and Serpent."
:-)
Still, that doesn't prevent us from using it. I'd much rather see the people have the better encryption algorihm.

Think of it as Batman 0. The storyline concerns Batman's first year - before the joker. Good stuff.
``Year One'' was about Commissioner Gordon's first year in Gotham. I wonder how they're gonna work batman into this one.
Sweeet!!!! That was one of Framk Miller's finest storie lines. I can't wait to see the film... I just really hope they don't screw this one up.
Straight up home cheese! ;-)
A crack addicted knife wielding tattoed monkey could do a better! Whee!!!

PGP works with mutt as well. Take a look at your /etc/Muttrc file, it's all explained in there.

And yes, mutt is the ultimate mail client.

Yes it does, but Hemos didn't post that. It was part of qbasicprogrammer's submission. Note the quotes and italics.

In particular keep an eye out for the characters '|' and ';' - they're the most harmful of the bunch.
