I second this motion. WorldNetDaily is generally *not* a news source, and instead is an outlet for the most extremist fringe right-wing voices in existance in America. Think of them as FOX News taken to its ultimate right-wing extreme. Their reportage is typically inaccurate, smug, sarcastic, and filled with unmasked right-wing bias.
And while I agree that use of adult stem cells for such a purpose would be extraordinary, I find it odd that the MSM has not picked up this story. I mean, we're talking about a potential cure for long term paralysis, here.
Under no circumstances could a wingnut fringe propaganda machine like WND break a story this hot unless it wasn't really legitimate.
Wouldn't that be great. But the cost of developing the content would be high and that would, in turn, create an incentive for people to cheat. Bored with your 5th lvl 60 character? Cheat so you can see the Dimensional Denizen content....
Since your forums are filled with players decrying overpowered shaman or underpowered mages, I wondered what is your strategy for developing content updates that nerf or buff races and classes. Are cycles of class imbalance and correction planned, or is this flux a more evolutionary process? What is your recommendation to players who have strong opinions about these changes?
I loved my Airport Express unit so much that I wanted to put one with a set of speakers in every room, streaming the same music throughout selected rooms in the house. But I had a sneaking suspicion that iTunes/Airport Express didn't support multiple simultaneous remote speakers, so I inquired with multiple Apple Store reps. They seemed very confused about my request until finally deciding that I couldn't do what I wanted. Fair enough.
My understanding of multicast protocols would seem to indicate this would be possible, however, if implemented in both iTunes and AE. So I dumped my suggestion into the feedback form ( http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html )at Apple, and perhaps I'll be rewarded with a firmware upgrade someday down the line... or a more full-featured product.
But inherently flawed. Open Source software is usually Free, too, but sometimes it isn't. I can see how the two labels could be confusing (but not as confusing as free as in beer and free as in speech), but as long a free software is closed source or open source software is even occassionally not free, the distinction is still important.
And it was an interesting experience. @Once has big-name clients who don't want to be thought of as spammers, so the company puts amazing resources into reply handling and unsubscribe systems that actually work. I know, I worked my ass off keeping them running. It was a stark contrast to what a real "spammer" is, at least in my imagination.
Still, I was never proud to tell people where I worked because people think of bulk email as spam unless they're educated about the difference. In my interviews since I left the firm, I've always had to be very careful to describe the white hat nature of what I used to do.
Actually... Refrigerators experience lower load if they are well-stocked because the food items in the fridge hold their temperature longer than the air, and thus help keep the temperature more stable, reducing the need for the compressors to fire up.

From my perspective, it seems this is just another reason to make sure I am using the most obscure browsers available.
Not only do these browsers avoid most of the common exploits for IE, etc, but they foil law enforcement?? Sign me up!

OMG, this is awesome. So long Mapquest and RandMcNalley.
When I grow up, I want to be Google.

At least somebody is making software for Windows that's as good as the iLife suite. Small wonder that it's Google doing it, too.
Dear [powerful entity];
please let it be based on OpenOffice.
Your humble supplicant thanks you.
