I first used it on a H10 in ~August 2007 and it was OK, but some features on the player (like the radio) did not work. I tried it again this August and there was support for most of the features, and things were just 'slicker' or whatever. I don't use that player a lot, but I now use Rockbox when I do use it.
If you are comfortable with the install process, you should probably give it another shot.
That link is actually the work of three people who happen to work at the University of Michigan, it is not endorsed by the institution (the university does publish information about public opinion and so forth, so it is worth being clear about it).
There are plenty of men (and probably a few women) who are richer-than-gods and could run a newspaper on an integrity positive basis rather than a financially positive basis. Essentially forever, at no threat to their fortunes.
(the deeper issue may be that their are people who believe that they are doing already this...)
I called the state headquarters of the party that did this to me and asked if they had a courtesy do not contact list. They did, and I added myself (of course, because they are assholes, it is on a per-organization basis, contacting the party won't stop candidates, etc.).
As a bonus, I wasted a few minutes of the contact persons time. Be sure to be polite, that will mind-fuck them way more than being a dick about it.
I don't remember exactly where, but I read somewhere or another that Kentucky had some significant multiple more people fighting for the Union than it did for the Confederacy. I wish I could find the reference, and the multiple.
The biggest thing is probably that there is a cross platform utility that will install the firmware and bootloaders automatically, or at least guide the user through it (I haven't used it, just noted that it exists, so I'm not real clear on what exactly it does).
The other changes seem to be mostly the smoothing of (dozens of) rough edges on the various supported players (better battery life here, less crashes there, support for radios, second processors, etc.).
The issue is jurisdiction. If Ohio doesn't like Bourbon, they don't send distillers in Kentucky a notice that they can't make Whiskey anymore, they ban importation. If Kentucky doesn't like gambling, it should do something that works inside of Kentucky, not try to assert control over half of the planet.
If the slightest bit of rain disturbs your satellite reception, you either live in an area where the slightest bit of rain blocks out the sun completely (rather than making it a bit dreary), live in an area where the satellite signal is relatively weak, or had an amazingly poorly pointed dish.
My dish isn't pointed very well at all (the idiot who installed it didn't do a very good job, oops) and it only drops out when it is raining freaking buckets (and even then, generally only when there is an extra thick cloud between it and the sky it is pointed at).
That's a pretty good description of the transition. They are going to flip the switch, and all the shows go away. It will be longer than a week though.
(In my area, the channels and power levels for the digital stations are going to be completely different after the transition, so I can't really do anything to prepare, as I can't test whether a fairly weak high-vhf station I want will come in easily or not and may need to get a vhf antenna to go with the uhf. I have a converter box, but it doesn't do me much good until they actually start broadcasting.)
Don't sweat it too much until after the transition, the channels are all going to switch around (and I think go to higher power). TV Fool can give you some idea of the pre and post signal levels:
Are you certain that treasury shares remain outstanding? I was looking into it and got the impression that treasury shares were liquid but not considered to be outstanding (they don't have voting rights, don't get dividends, etc.).

When McCain dies, she can offer Putin some action in exchange for some oil.
Everybody wins!

I'll bet you a nickel that someone else wrote that line.

The other posting is probably joking slightly more than you are...

Like him or not, Karl Rove is clearly a shrewd political operator. Jack Thompson is little more than a windbag.

Candy makers are Swiss. I don't know where that leaves watch makers though.
At a minimum, it makes it clear that he is willing to stand by the statements made in the anonymous comment.
He is claiming that their beaks are clipped off well before they are slaughtered. I guess he thinks they hand feed them or something.
How come people that advertise technocrat.net on slashdot are always huge dicks about it?
Just wondering.
Is it going from uhf down to vhf (that is, is it above channel 13 before and below 13 after)?
What happens when you walk it?
Cookie Monster.

Are there digital channels to receive? Repeaters are not required to switch yet. You can check it here:

The solution to kids falling behind is to de-emphasize social promotion, not to give them more chances to keep up.
Also, I'm pretty sure that making it harder to fail is pretty much exactly the same thing as making it easier to pass.
Remember, as of Oct. the 1st, the blood of a virgin is the only acceptable ink.
