I would differ on humans being prone to high density. NYC had half the population 100 years ago and less than 100k 100 years before that and still the largest city in the US. Effectively there is a density point where it's dense enough for services, actives etc but that's far below the millions mark.
If population shifts to more urban and thus expensive to live area's can not afford more than the basics. Oddly people might move back out of the squalor that is urban living. High density living is not really good for anything some people prefer it and that is there choice but we should not structure our society to cater to them.
The fix for this and many other is to return the public green. Airports, malls all get built with public funds, eminent domain tax breaks etc. Need to amend the laws to make these public places. None of this trespass BS.

A monopoly on the physical plant make sense it's expensive to build etc etc etc. Build an all optical physical plant and you can then hand off CWDM connections. This can easily be layered upon middle men fanning out vlans over a single channel to make things even cheaper. Government can play a role as well deploying school, city, library, and baseline internet access. But in the end the point is to give a connection to anybody that asks for a defined fee. Soon you will see long haul carriers pop up connecting towns to local cities and local cities to larger ones lowering the barriers to entry. Businesses can connect remote offices and workers with high grade secure connections. Schools can embrace remote learning.
Basic boiler plate for legit (actual judge, actual crimes etc) warrants have a clause to keep the service active. They pay all expenses and reasonable fee's with a very loose definition of reasonable (billing out a jr techs $35 a hour time as $400 an hour was considered fairly cheap). It can be rather annoying had a dedicated server under scrutiny they had setup encrypted VPS's on the box with a spammer on one VPS that the client refused to turn off. It got bad enough that our up streams were complaining and had to get a letter and a conf call with the FBI case agent to get things settled (they were exploiting a 3 way session, spoofing the outbound packets and relaying the reply packets over a vpn to bypass our outbound spam filtering effectively just using out clean IP's).

They only had access to what the provider sent them and would still have to break through any encryption. I've done similar for warrants on shared servers hundreds of times. Performing some digging related to servicing these I've found child porn etc hiding behind rather boring looking fronts.

The soccer moms were fearful for there kids, I as a large white man that frequented the park was asked to watch him by several. 45 minutes later when the soccer game finished his I assume grand children came over and everything was OK again in soccer mom land. Oddly I think a worst case of being polite but watchful is appropriate, Had I not been engrossed with playing with my son I might even have moved over and attempted to strike up a conversation.

As it stands justice has been done he was acquitted. Unless you know that they were bribed or some other malfeasance happened to taint that jury. This was the thing that Florida's law was supposed to protect him from and it failed miserably, If it were not such a high profile case the state could have easily bankrupted him trying to defend himself.

Missing is a bit of a loose term the child was removed from a state facility by there mother during a supervised visit.
