    Why is it that Christians have to "Deal With" things they do not like, but if they speak out about it they are called all sort of names, but when the groups they are speaking against speak out against religion its OK?

    Kind of like how NOW kept silent during the Clinton issue but didn't during Clarance Thomas. Or how NOW almost never speaks out about the treatment of women in Muslim countries.

    Did you get this upset when clinton was in office? He has given more speaches from Churches that Bush has. It must also have really upset you when Kerry quote the Bible multiple times during the race.

    But you are right! Bush did proclaim Thursday Thanksgiving so he must want to erase all laws and rewrite them using the Bible...

    They do not want things to change, they want the donations and funding to keep coming in and if they solved the 'problem' they would lose that money.

    That is why the GOP never does much about abortion and why the DEMS never do much about race relations.

    There isn't money in fixing the problem.

    Apple and its suppliers do not have the production capacity to increase production very much. IOW, due to lack of capacity if a lot of people wish to switch in the next year or so, they could not. This is a major reason why F500 corps will not mass deploy Macs.

    And before you mod me down why don't you think about responding to what I said? Apple is a company, not a religion and speaking negative things about Apple isn't hearsay.

    Exactly when the story is meant to be set is an open question. However in the original (Channel 4) "pilot" we are told that Bryce is 18 years old, and his records indicate that he was born in 1987, meaning the story is taking place in 2004.

    Verizon SUCKS. I have ordered and prequalified for DSL 7 times, yet I am unable to get it because Verizon has almost halted the DSL rollout in Texas.

    No, it is because Verizon has stoped almost all DSL rollouts in the state of Texas. If the CO doesn't already have DSL they will not put it in. They are trying to get concesions from the Texas Public Utilities Commission.

    Then explain why you can't get faster DLS in Downtown Dallas or near the "Crystal Palace / Infomart"?

    Even in place where there are a lot of people per square mile the Telcos do not offer nearly the same speeds that comparable telcos in Japan or South Korea do.

    I have to pay 60+ USD per month for 1024/128 from Cox-Internet and, yes, that is the highest speed they offer.
