    I've got a nice old book on telescope making. It's amazing the quality of lenses you can make with some math, technique, and a bit of abrasive powder.

    Did you read your link? Delphi method is basically what they are comparing against, a structured group of experts.

    Careful, you follow that road and you realize all of math has nothing to do with reality, just our perception of it. After all, numbers require equality and there are no two equal things in reality. When things do become equal then they actually become a superstructure, so 1 + 1 = 1.

    It'll be a fun day when science discovers that it's all well and good to understand the mechanisms of how things work but it doesn't tell us anything about why or by whom the buttons are being pushed.

    All of the worlds knowledge to date cannot explain it. How long do you think it would take one person to write down all that? How long would it take to write a comprehensible chapter on quantum mechanics?

    It's funny that science fanbois usual attack against the bible is that it's a 'story' and not factually possible and they're just too stupid to realize that anything else would have been incomprehensible.

    Jesus says "The kingdom of heaven is within you". The part they took out was that Hell is the state of not being in the kingdom of heaven. To be in heaven is to be in contact/to be god.

    People are so disconnected they don't even see themselves connected to other people, let alone connected to god.

    Men must first discover their humanity before they can discover their divinity.

    Why skeptical?

    In high school we had a reading class and while your speed was tested so was reading comprehension. Anyways, 400 words per minute is peanuts. That's about where I would slow down to get scores of 95% or higher on comprehension, usually having to do with irrelevant details. I found 3000wpm at ~80% comprehension ideal for skimming works to find the interesting bits.

    We'll just replace all those gas stations with induction charging stations at intersections, easily installed after we have all electrical below ground(because in the long run it's more cost effective). Your car will then request little bursts of charging to maintain a level you specify and you'll get billed automatically.
