  16. Did you know it's so hard to find information on govt of canada websites because we paid millions for a search engine developed by the US government (which they don't use) that doesn't even search the contents of pages?

    I wonder with all the recent NSA reveals if somebody has finally realized just how extremely stupid that decision was. Sigh, it's not easy being the younger retarded brother (not mexico, we both pick on her) constantly being taken advantage of by the bully brother.

    There is nothing new under the sun.

    An.eternity of objects is created from a handful of 'details'. If you really think there are somethings to be memorized then you obviously don't see the bigger picture and don't fully understand science. Granted egoism and stupidity of scientists have made certain things a bit harder. You can always judge a persons understanding of their field and its relationship to reality by their ability to discuss it without using a dsl. After all, the sciences aren't investigating separate realities, they're just different viewpoints of the exact same thing.

    Understanding is the key to an efficient and well organized memory system. Unprocessed data takes more effort to store, the more you understand and can interconnect what you know the more stable and long lasting the connections.

    Any technology that forces you to focus on different things with both eyes is going to be extremely detrimental in the long run. For the typical four-eyed geek without stereoscopic vision it isn't going to have much negative effect, might even force some of them to learn how to use their right eye. For those who had good vision before...

    Don't live with automatons.

    Understandably, some of the sex robots out there are pretty enticing, it's just the ones with enough intelligence to close and remember things come at exorbitantly high upkeep prices and after a while you sometimes end up regretting that added intelligence as it continously expounds on everything it knows, or think it knows.

    haha, that's funny, don't trust anybody to lock your doors, family included, but let your neighbour have access when you're not home? Does your magic house automatically expel the person after the 1 second it took them to drop off the paper? Sheesh, just let them take it home and read it, you don't need it till you get home anyways!
