FTA "Rover is largely undetected by today's antivirus engines"

Can of worms here but the malware community as a whole is working with others allowing "stuff" to get through.

Case in point that Microsoft GWZ update of April 4, 2015 KB3035583 (misspelled as CWZ in my journal) sent out 24 hours of a users (your) computer usage. I have that file, my HOST file kept it from leaving for 11 days before I found it. Not one anti-malware program has ever been set-up to catch it, nor scan for it -and you don't want it on your system, let alone what it sent out.

Yet any decent malware program or firewall will warn of an unknown file attempting to leave, allowing or requiring your consent; if not warning you of it's activity first. Of course I followed it and not once has it been detected.

Even warnings of this GWZ got me banned from sevenforums_com for "posting crap" (the first and only time I've been banned from anywhere). I'm not conspiracy minded but this does reek of us and them.

The GWZ file that was sent out has no identifiable information and as I see it one reason it's being allowed, yet one can watch me install new video card drivers scanning it.

You have it? It can't be hidden in the update files one selects to download; it's location Windows\system32\GWZ (entire directory). Look around in it and notice all the odd protections that protect it. Then take ownership of it http://www.tenforums.com/tutor... and remove it.

Look for it after every update you receive. Accept the fact your 24 hours of computer usage has long ago been sent.

On many things he was correct. However, he was on the wrong side of many debates. One of the cool things about Einstein was that he was able to admit when he was wrong (though it may have taken a bit of time and patience for folk to demonstrate where and why he was wrong).

He was on the wrong side of the debate regarding quantum physics. He denied accepting that quantums play by different rules than everything else and that it makes no sense how they behave. In his defense what he argued against wasn't proven until long after his death. We still can't explain why quantum physics is as it is, but we can observe it and tell it does what should be impossible for "normal" physics, like sending information faster than light and making electrons flow in wave patterns even when they are alone, as in sending all electrons at once makes them interact like a wave. Sending them one by one makes them interact in the same way and provides the same result with a wave pattern shaped distribution. I wouldn't accept a theory like that either if nobody could provide any proof or evidence for it.

    It's non-intuitive.

This is a section of what I was told a longer religious presentation and all that survived, very informative (double slit experiment).
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

I've seen an experiment closing an opening until it was the size of the electron, it showed a particle until it's size was dialed in at which point it became a wave.

    Kool useless knowledge:

"In 1906, J.J. Thompson had received the Nobel Prize for proving that electrons are particles; in 1937 he saw his son awarded the Nobel Prize for proving that electrons are waves. Both father and son were correct, and both awards were fully merited."

Learned of it from a /. article back in Jan-Feb 2015, joining was a job in itself -as- I have a Hotmail account which half or more of the sites I frequent have as my e-mail address which is then forwarded to Gmail to POP.

I can't access Hotmail; I've tried just enough to not lose it, nor would MS take it for the Insider program so I created a new account which damn if it didn't match itself to my hot mail account.

Hours later I downloaded Win10, read the ToS and couldn't agree to it, refusing to install Win10 and never logged back into the insiders program. I was to allow total access to my computer and it's peripherals, the LCD Cam was one specifically addressed.

I figure the Win10 archive was removed from my system and I don't delete anything. I haven't come across it since.

Feedback? Run to the back of the house and ask in a low voice "Cortana can you hear me now?", send report.

Ironic/the hell!, I have Win10 on a small laptop now, it request that you sign into Microsoft, using any email address including Hotmail.

Never going back to Microsoft and the Insiders was a precaution due to an error on my part - I tried to set up a POP3 account with my new MS e-mail address so Goggled the POP3 ports for MS, who knew there are separate ports for Outlook, and another two for everybody else! I do now, always figured two ports for all e-mail.

The ports I used hardwired my insiders new email handle into my Emailer Forte Agent's From: entry and I have yet to find out where - it can only be in the Agent directory, as the system has seen many fresh installs since.

One nightmare I could and should of avoided.
