The quadratic formula does not have to be expressed as an equation, as it is true by itself. Its usage involves setting it equal to 0 and solving from there. Or maybe it just doesn't matter... Fuck math, I'm an accountant.:)
I admit, my mathematics background isn't great, and I've never seen the background for that formula, but I'm still able to translate it into more standard notation. Besides, being able to translate it into a better notation forces you to memorize it; this is a good thing.

Any decent software for face recognition is able to tell the difference between an actual face and a photo, or even if you were a freak like Hannibal, cut off the skin of the person you were trying to fuck with, and use it as a mask. 3 dimensions are a good thing.
XWin32 is a win32 app that displays remote X sessions. I don't use it, but I've heard it works well. The last version I saw wasn't freeware, so you'll have to pay for it, but if you'll be using windows, you're used to paying for software anyway.:)
Can you send it to me then? If you don't want it anymore, I'll gladly pay for shipping and a little extra. Hell, I'll give you a good shell account too.

I use epriority.com for all of my mail that needs to be secure and I need to be able to check it on the web. They use SSL. They don't allow pop3 or imap connections that I'm aware of. I also have hotmail and yahoo accounts for all the crap I could care less about, and use them for spam collection.
My school uses Horde for its webmail access, it's decent.
thats entire bullshit. I use a minimum of 4 public IP addresses, 2 for my DNS machines, 1 for my webserver, and the other for my NAT box. If you actually read my post, which you didn't, or you wouldnt have posted as an AC, you would see that I mentioned giving or selling bandwidth to your neighbors. Are you going to give them local addresses? I sure as hell wouldn't pay for that, cuz I'd wanna be running some damn servers too.
This has got to be the best way of getting bandwidth, for close to nothing. I'd ask for at least a T3, make sure they include a CSU/DSU, and a full class D IP range. Then you could run fiber to all of your neighbors and charge them for access.:)
I've actually thought about doing that, but getting a line dug around here would be way to expensive. Since they already want to dig it, let them.
I was almost expelled from high school my senior year for writing a simple play about a student shooting the principal in the head. I even had to go to a psychiatrist who told me to get out of his office because the visit was a waste of our time. Schools have way too much power to do shit like that, at least in NY.
I'm sure I'd love to have that much space on my lan. I'm lucky to have the 4.3gig drive in my webserver (mrnutty). If only college wasn't so damn expensive. Oh, and this machine has 2 1 gig drives. Guh.
Aol CDs, the few bad burns I produce, and any other shit cds go onto my wall. Theyre great for scattering strobe lights and using as mirrors to see what dumbass boss is coming up behind you at work. Here's a great recycling program: send them to me with some thumbtacks to hang them up with.
