    Am I on crack here? What does open source has to do with the quality of the product? Does the fact that a project is open source automatically qualify itself to be of highest standard?

    Dude, I am a Linux user but I have to agree with you on this one. They [MS] have won the browser war, at least on the windows platform ... I use Mozilla and IE 5.5 is just a better product. I just wish it was the other way round though :( ...

    I am not German, don't you people think that the Germans have the right to decide from who they want to buy software from? Are we going to shove down the "freedom of religion' doctrine down their throat? I applaud Microsoft for being resposive to their customers concern. As for the ExeSoft CEO, I am sure he can go sell his software somewhere else. With his top internation award product, he should not have any problems. Should he?

    the irs reserves the right to audit your tax return, microsoft has the right to audit for their licenses. the beach was not force to use ms software. it was their choice and it's their duty to keep the licenses up to date. true, may be they should use linux. but in the meantime, you pay for what you use.

    it's just amazing to see all the writing that have been derived since the news was made public. it's all conditional and nobody except for microsoft really knows what was seen and what was stolen. all these authors ought to get some technical training before trying to write an technical article. all i read is buzz words: trojan horse, back door, email, russia. none can definitely give a really good explanation of how exactly that happened. why?
