    As said, it depends upon the invoices Google has issued to Australian companies and users. If any.
    If they have been issued by "Google USA", the tax will go to the USA.
    If it is "Google Ireland", the tax need to go to the Ireland.
    There should also be some tax related to the import/export of goods and services, but this depends upon the trading treaty. If they have not issued any invoice at all, then the evasion is total.

    And, by the way, have you ever got any invoice from Skype or GoDaddy?

    The point is whether Google issues invoices from the USA company or from the natcos. In the former case, it's OK they don't pay tax to other nations' governments. In the latter Google has been evading the tax.

    Either John Jay High School is a private school or it's a public one.
    If it's private, the girl can switch to another one unless it's been prescribed by an MD or she could be harmed by the switch.
    If it's public, there must be a law allowing the director to enforce the RFID. If there's none, then the RFID is optional, not mandatory.
    But maybe I'm wrong as I don't know the USA law (I'm an outlaw myself).

    The users can talk each other if they are connected on the same WiFi network? Don't think so.
    The users can talk each other if the application sees a non-public IP? Don't think so either. Operators can provide you with non-public IP to be NATed as public.
    Only over WiFI? Why? Why not doing that over any IP interface of the mobile handset?
    That statement by RIM looks like: let's do something, whatever, to move the water. Then we'll see ...

    espresso is a special case and there is a reason you drink it is small amounts.

    I fear the overall amount of caffeine in a single serving of espresso is more or less the same as found in an "american style coffe". It's just more concentrated.

    If you want to place your datacenter far from storms and floods andclose to main backbones you need to place it in the Mediterranean area. Not facing a huge ocean or below the level of the sea.
    If you choose a city among Napoli, Bari or Catania, you will get fine coffee, delicious pizzas and mouthwatering sweets as a side effect. And they don't have Berlusconi any more.

    Not just of CPU/GPU/WPU cycles.
    It's a waste of user attention to the things that matter!
    How often in a day do you "enjoy" your 3D desktop with 3D rotating/rolling/whatevering windows and gadgets?
    Maybe I'm an outsider, but a have no more than 3 windows on the screen: 1 is the web browser, 1 is a local terminal, 1 is a remote terminal on the development server.
    I don't see any need for 3D stuff here.
    How many windows do you have in use at the same time? How often you switch among them? How much fun you have in waiting for the fancy 3D stuff to complete?
